Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Steel wire/ Aluminium Cable production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day cable manufacturing operations, manpower handling, production coordination, and workflow management.
The role requires strong leadership, discipline, operational understanding, and the ability to ensure smooth execution of cable production activities while maintaining quality and safety standards within the factory.
Key Responsibilities
- Production & Operations Supervision
Supervise daily cable manufacturing and production activities.Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and on time.Monitor workflow, machine utilization, and manpower allocation.
- Team Management & Coordination
Manage and coordinate factory workers and production staff.Ensure discipline, attendance, and smooth functioning on the shop floor.Coordinate with different departments for operational requirements.
- Quality & Process Monitoring
Monitor cable production quality and ensure adherence to company standards.Identify operational issues and escalate them when required.Ensure proper implementation of factory procedures and processes.
- Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily production records and operational reports.Coordinate documentation related to production and dispatch.Report operational updates and production challenges to management.
- Safety & Maintenance Oversight
Ensure adherence to safety practices within the factory.Monitor cleanliness and proper maintenance of the production area.Coordinate with maintenance teams for operational support when required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in cable manufacturing or factory supervision
- Strong understanding of cable production operations and manpower management
- Ability to handle production coordination and workflow management
- Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting
- Proficient in basic computer operations including MS Excel and Word
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Prior experience in cable, wire, or industrial manufacturing setups.
