About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand Operations Executive who understands modern content trends, AI-powered creatives, and digital marketing workflows. You will manage client coordination while driving high-performing creative execution across brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end coordination between clients and internal teams
- Identify high-performing ad creative references and get them executed by the design team
- Coordinate with clients for approvals on creatives and campaigns
- Work with developers to manage website updates as per requirements
- Collaborate with influencer marketing teams for smooth campaign execution
- Create UGC scripts and guide content production
- Handle product listings and updates on the website
- Regularly communicate with clients for updates and requirements
- Maintain brand trackers and workflow systems
- Leverage AI tools to create high-quality image & video creatives
- Guide the team to ensure creative quality and timely delivery
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing / brand operations / content coordination
- Strong understanding of ad creatives, social media trends, and performance marketing
- Hands-on knowledge of AI tools for image & video creation (like Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
- Basic understanding of website management (Shopify/WooCommerce is a plus)
- Good communication and multitasking skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
Bonus Skills
- Experience with influencer marketing
- Basic editing/design sense
- Familiarity with Meta Ads / Google Ads creatives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
