Role Overview
As a DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate closely with product development teams to enable the successful deployment and operation of services on GCP. You will play a critical role in preparing applications for production by supporting cloud adoption, CI/CD implementation, observability, and operational readiness, ensuring services are deployed efficiently and run reliably at scale.
You Will

Collaborate closely with product teams to enable reliable and consistent deployments across environments, including application and infrastructure releases.

Design, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines following GitOps best practices and organizational standards.

Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to provision and deploy cloud resources using reusable platform components.

Support production applications by responding to incidents, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with development and reliability teams to drive resolution.

Improve developer productivity and operational efficiency through automation and self-service capabilities.

Continuously identify and implement improvements in reliability, scalability, automation, and cost optimization.

Work with architecture and platform teams to ensure solutions align with cloud adoption, security, and operational readiness standards.
You Have

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work closely and effectively with cross-functional product teams.

Hands-on experience managing and supporting applications in GCP production environments.

Strong expertise in Kubernetes/GKE for deploying, managing, and troubleshooting production workloads.

Practical experience with Docker and containerization best practices, including build and release processes.

Experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for cloud infrastructure provisioning and management.

Good understanding of NGINX, Helm, and cloud networking concepts including VPCs, firewall rules, ingress, and egress traffic management.
