About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving revenue through effective communication and relationship building. If you have a knack for sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to convert leads into loyal customers, we’d love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Convert leads into customers and consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Handle inbound inquiries, address customer concerns, and guide prospects through the sales journey.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Identify up selling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Engage with assigned leads daily and build strong client relationships.
- Represent the company with a professional, customer-first approach.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance sales and product knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales / telecalling / similar role
- Excellent communication skills with strong command of English
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of closing sales and meeting targets
- Comfortable using CRM software and sales tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
