Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle from manpower planning to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements through discussions with hiring managers.
- Source candidates using job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule technical/managerial interview rounds.
- Follow up with candidates and interview panel for timely feedback.
- Manage offer roll-out, salary discussion, and negotiation as per company guidelines.
- Ensure proper documentation and joining formalities are completed.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
- Deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
