Position Summary
Petrozone International is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, payroll coordination, HR administration. The ideal candidate will support organizational growth by ensuring efficient HR processes and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
- Prepare employment offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Coordinate joining formalities and document verification.
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee files and HR records.
- Prepare HR letters, employment certificates, salary certificates, and other official correspondence.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave balances, and timesheets.
- Ensure all employee records are maintained in compliance with company policies.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and verify attendance records.
- Monitor employee benefits, allowances, and deductions.
- Support administration of medical insurance and other employee welfare programs.
Employee Relations
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
- Assist in resolving workplace issues and grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Promote a positive work environment and organizational culture.
Performance Management & Training
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Maintain training records and competency matrices.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
Reporting & HR Analytics
- Prepare monthly HR reports, manpower reports, and workforce statistics.
- Maintain HR dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze HR data to support management decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial, or Contracting sectors.
