Service Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day workshop/service center operations
- Ensure smooth workflow, repair quality, and timely vehicle delivery
- Monitor service capacity utilization and productivity
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
2. Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure quick resolution
- Improve service turnaround time (TAT)
- Implement customer feedback improvement actions
3. Service Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue through paid services, spare parts, accessories, and value-added services
- Achieve monthly and annual service targets
- Improve customer retention through service campaigns
4. Warranty & Cost Control
- Monitor warranty claims and ensure proper justification
- Reduce warranty and goodwill expenses
- Control service operating costs and improve profitability
5. Dealer Service Network Management
- Support and monitor authorized service centers/dealers
- Conduct regular service audits and evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company standards and processes
6. Spare Parts Management
- Ensure availability of fast-moving spare parts
- Monitor inventory levels and reduce non-moving stock
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain for smooth availability
7. Team Management & Training
- Lead service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff
- Conduct technical training and skill development programs
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and performance management
8. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare service MIS reports (CSI, revenue, warranty, complaints)
- Analyze performance trends and implement corrective actions
- Report monthly service performance to senior management
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
