: Contact customers through phone calls and field visits regarding overdue loan payments.
Collect EMI payments and follow up on pending dues.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers while resolving payment issues.
Negotiate repayment plans for customers facing financial difficulties, as per bank policies.
Verify customer details and update repayment records.
Maintain accurate collection reports and submit daily activity updates.
Coordinate with branch staff and the collections team to resolve delinquent accounts.
Ensure all collection activities comply with bank policies and legal guidelines. Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
Identify high-risk accounts and escalate them to senior officials when necessary
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
