About the Role
Gemsny IT Solutions is looking for an experienced and passionate Programming Lead to lead our development team and drive the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
- Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, UI/UX, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
- Manage project planning, task allocation, and sprint execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity.
- Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend technical improvements.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong expertise in one or more technologies such as PHP (Laravel), Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, System Design, and Design Patterns.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading software development teams and delivering complex projects.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
