About the Role
ConglomerateIT is looking for a hands-on Identity Platform Engineer – SailPoint to design, develop, and maintain enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SailPoint, Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) automation, application onboarding, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and identity protocols. This role is ideal for an identity engineer who enjoys building scalable, automated, and policy-driven access management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain enterprise IGA solutions using SailPoint.
- Build and manage automated Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle workflows.
- Integrate and onboard enterprise applications using SailPoint connectors, APIs, SCIM, and LDAP.
- Manage identity integrations with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Configure and troubleshoot SSO and federation using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
- Implement RBAC, birthright access, access provisioning, and deprovisioning.
- Develop and maintain SailPoint rules, workflows, transforms, and custom configurations.
- Troubleshoot provisioning and integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Work with scripting and development technologies such as Java, PowerShell, or Python.
Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of total experience in Identity & Access Management / Identity Engineering.
- 3+ years of hands-on SailPoint experience.
- Strong experience with SailPoint Rules, Connectors, Transforms, and Workflows.
- Proven experience implementing automated JML workflows.
- Hands-on experience with application onboarding and access provisioning.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
- Working knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
- Current CTC of ₹11 LPA or above.
- Notice period of 30 days or less.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week from the Hyderabad office.
- Candidates should have 5–8 years of total experience.
