House of Anaita runs Amelia's Dessert Shop, a Bengaluru brand known for premium handcrafted desserts like tiramisu. We're looking for a Pastry Chef who can produce our desserts at volume without dropping quality.
Our recipes are fixed — your job is to follow them exactly, every time, at speed. You should be comfortable preparing 100+ tiramisu portions in a single run, all identical.

Responsibilities
- Prepare desserts at volume, with tiramisu as the main product (100+ portions per run)
- Follow recipes exactly, with speed and consistency — every portion identical
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and FSSAI standards
Requirements
- 1–2 years as a pastry chef/commis in a bakery, dessert kitchen, or café
- Able to follow recipes to the letter and repeat a dish consistently at volume
- Physically fit for a fast-paced kitchen — high energy and stamina
- Positive, coachable attitude and a strong sense of hygiene
Good to have: experience with tiramisu or high-volume desserts; culinary/bakery training.
