Key Responsibilities:
- Work on qualified leads generated through social media campaigns and Google Ads.
- Understand client requirements and provide product presentations, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Convert inbound leads into successful sales closures.
- Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and sales strategy.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipeline status, and daily updates.
- Experience in Industrial & Automotive Lubricant Sales
- Handle a good volume of Calls (Inbound and Outbond)
- Achievement of Monthly Sales Target
Requirements:
For Freshers:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Eagerness to learn sales and client engagement.
- Basic understanding of digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) will be an added advantage.
For Experienced Candidates (1–5 years):
- Proven track record in sales/business development (B2B or B2C).
- Experience in handling leads from digital campaigns (social media, Google Ads, etc.).
- Negotiation, closing skills, and ability to achieve targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
