Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process, provide course information, and help them choose the right educational program. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a target-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding courses and admission procedures.
- Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Guide students from inquiry to successful enrollment.
- Maintain student records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–7 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or EdTech sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
