Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various open positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with the management/team leads.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements and updates.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring targets.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment/HR hiring.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing platforms.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
