Inside Sales Executive:
Qualification:
· Bachelor's Degree in Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or any graduate with B2B industrial sales experience.
· MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
Experience:
· 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or Sales Operations in a B2B industrial environment.
· Experience in Pharma - Biopharma, biotechnology, medical devices, or process equipment industries is preferred.
Required Skills:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong follow-up and negotiation capabilities.
· Strong customer relationship management and effective internal team coordination skills.
· Ability to understand technical products, customer applications, and business requirements.
· Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts & Dashboards), MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and CRM/ERP systems.
· Strong analytical, data interpretation, and reporting skills.
· High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all incoming sales enquiries received through marketing events, direct emails, website, LinkedIn, phone calls, and marketing campaigns.
2. Qualify customer requirements by understanding the application, end use, urgency, quantities, and technical requirements & assign qualified enquiries to the respective Regional Sales Manager based on territory, customer segment, and product line.
3. Ensure every enquiry is entered into the CRM/ERP system with complete details and tracked until closure.
4. Coordinate with customers and the sales team for quotations, technical documents, drawings, datasheets, samples, and commercial information. Follow up regularly with customers and sales team to monitor quotation status, customer feedback, sample evaluations, and order conversion.
5. Conduct product-wise market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer requirements, emerging technologies, pricing, and competitive positioning across Shah Brothers' product portfolio.
6. Identify new business opportunities by tracking pharmaceutical, biotechnology, vaccine, CDMO, and life sciences companies, including new plants, expansion projects, and emerging applications, and share actionable market intelligence with the sales team.
7. Maintain accurate records of enquiry status, lost opportunities, reasons for non-conversion, next action plans, and expected closure dates.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
