Office Operations & Sales Support
- Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day sales office operations.
- Provide operational support and coordination assistance to the sales team.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely issue resolution.
Front Desk & Administrative Management
- Manage front desk operations and visitor coordination professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and internal communication support.
- Maintain office discipline and ensure a professional work environment.
Complaints Management
- Handle operational complaints raised by employees, students, and parents.
- Coordinate with concerned departments for timely escalation and resolution of issues.
- Maintain complaint records and track closure status effectively.
Vendor Coordination & Facility Support
- Coordinate with housekeeping, IT, internet, and maintenance vendors.
- Ensure office facilities, systems, and utilities function smoothly during working hours.
- Monitor maintenance requirements and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support event coordination and other operational arrangements.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, processes, and SOPs.
- Maintain updated operational registers, records, and trackers.
- Assist in audits and internal compliance activities.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate operational reports and MIS data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record management.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in email communication, MS Excel, and Google Sheets
