We are seeking highly experienced transportation professionals to support our growing brokerage operations team.
This position is designed for candidates who possess a strong understanding of North American trucking, freight brokerage operations, customer service, shipment execution, pricing support, and transportation administration. This is not a training position. Successful candidates must be capable of contributing immediately with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Shipment Tracking & Operations Execution
- Monitor and track active shipments from pickup through final delivery.
- Communicate with carriers, dispatchers, and drivers to obtain accurate shipment updates.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding shipment status and service exceptions.
- Monitor appointment compliance, transit performance, and service commitments.
- Identify service failures before they impact customers.
- Escalate delays, breakdowns, missed appointments, temperature issues, detention concerns, and other service disruptions immediately.
- Support brokerage and operations teams with daily shipment execution and problem resolution.
- Maintain complete shipment records, notes, and operational documentation.
Load Entry & Documentation Management
- Enter and audit load information accurately within company systems.
- Upload, verify, and maintain PODs, rate confirmations, shipment documents, and customer files.
- Ensure shipment records are updated in real time.
- Maintain organized digital records for shipments, customers, carriers, claims, and operational activities.
- Verify that all required shipment documentation is complete prior to billing.
Customer Service & Account Support
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests.
- Provide shipment updates and issue resolution in a professional and timely manner.
- Support customer onboarding activities, portal management, SOP documentation, and account administration.
- Maintain customer files, service requirements, and account-specific operating procedures.
Pricing, RFI & RFP Support
- Assist with RFI and RFP preparation by gathering lane information, shipment volumes, service requirements, equipment specifications, and pricing data.
- Support pricing and rate quotation activities by collecting market intelligence, carrier pricing, historical lane data, and margin information.
- Assist with maintaining customer pricing files, quote logs, lane histories, and internal rate sheets.
- Coordinate with brokerage, carrier sales, and operations teams to ensure quoted rates, booked rates, accessorial charges, and customer requirements are aligned.
Administrative & Process Support
- Maintain CRM, TMS, customer portals, and internal databases.
- Support report preparation, data analysis, documentation control, and administrative projects.
- Monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely handling of operational requests.
- Identify and flag margin concerns, billing discrepancies, missing documentation, and operational risks before they become customer service or financial issues.
- Work closely with brokerage, carrier sales, compliance, accounting, and customer service teams to ensure seamless shipment execution.
Required Qualifications
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of continuous experience in transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, trucking, freight forwarding, or 3PL operations.
- North American transportation industry experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience supporting brokerage operations, customer accounts, carrier communication, shipment execution, and operational administration.

- Load entry accuracy: 99.5% or higher
- Customer response time: Less than 5 minutes during active shift
- POD processing: Same day

- RFI/RFP support completed accurately and on schedule
- Rate and quote records updated same day

Only candidates with a minimum of six years of continuous transportation and logistics experience should apply.
Candidates with backgrounds outside transportation, trucking, freight brokerage, freight forwarding, dispatch, or logistics operations will not be considered.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 per month
