Who Can Apply:
- Qualification -MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM)
- Experience - 1 to 2 years of experience
- Freshers can apply if they demonstrate strong communication & learning ability
- Basic working knowledge of CRM & AI Tools is mandatory.
What You’ll Actually Do:
- Build and manage a strong, disciplined workforce
- Handle recruitment like a strategist, not a recruiter
- Own employee engagement, performance tracking & culture
- Manage CRM systems and ensure zero lead leakage
- Strengthen customer relationships and follow-up systems
- Coordinate between sales, operations & management.
