Position: Case Manager (Immigration)

Role Specific Responsibilities:
1. Client Assessment: -
- Assess clients' qualifications, work experience, education, language proficiency, and other
relevant factors to determine their suitability for each visa category.
2. Document Checklist and Application Process Guidance: -
- Provide a brief document checklist and application process to the client in accordance with visa
and skill assessment standards.
3. Documentation Review and Preparation:
- Assist clients in gathering and organizing the required documentation, such as educational
transcripts, work experience certificates, language test results, and other supporting materials.
- Thoroughly review all documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with visa
requirements.
4. Visa Application Preparation:
- Prepare and compile visa applications, ensuring that all necessary forms and declarations are
accurately completed.
- Collaborate with clients to draft compelling visa statements that highlight their qualifications,
skills, and reasons for choosing Australia as their destination.
5. Interact with appropriate Australian immigration agencies:
- Interact with relevant Australian immigration authorities, including the Department of Home
Affairs, to stay updated on visa policy changes, application processing times, and any other
pertinent information.
- Address any queries or requests for additional information from the immigration authorities on
behalf of clients.
6. Application Submission and Tracking:
- Lodge visa applications through the appropriate channels, ensuring that all required fees are
paid on time.
- Keep accurate records of application submission dates, receipt numbers, and other relevant
information.
- Monitor the status of applications and provide regular updates to clients.
7. Timely Follow-Up and Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on the progress of their visa
applications.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests for information promptly and professionally.
8. Regulatory Compliance:
- Keep up to date on changes to immigration laws, rules, and policies that affect Subclasses 189,
190, and 491.
- Ensure all visa applications adhere to the latest regulatory requirements and guidelines.
9. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients based on trust, transparency, and
professionalism.
- Provide personalized advice and guidance tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
10. Coordination with the Accounts Team: -
- Check the client's payment status with the accounts team to verify payment status before
lodging Visa or Skills Assessment applications.
- Ensure that all financial requirements are met before application submission.
- Update accounts if any payment is received from the clients.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
