Full Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Student Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential students, guiding them, and driving enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel and connect with prospective students
- Explain courses and convert leads into enrollments
- Follow up via calls, emails, and messages
- Maintain accurate data in CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Graduate (any stream)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM/Excel/Google Sheets
- Sales-oriented mindset and quick learner
- Freshers can apply (experience in sales/edtech is a plus)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
