Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of application functionalities, ensuring that the systems operate efficiently and effectively to meet user requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of packaged or SaaS applications to meet specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application enhancements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and deployment strategies.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
