Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative Mid-Level Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interior design background, with the ability to develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing design solutions. This role will involve working on various design projects, from concept development to construction documentation, collaborating with clients, and ensuring successful project delivery. The candidate should be proficient in design software, have a keen eye for detail, and possess strong communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Space Planning: Create functional and aesthetically appealing space plans based on client needs, site constraints, and design objectives.
· Construction Documentation: Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
· Material and Finishes Selection: Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and budget.
· Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are executed accurately during the construction phase.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, drafters, and MEP team to achieve project objectives and maintain high design standards.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: 0-1 year of experience in interior design or architectural design, preferably from F&B, QSR or hospitality projects.
Software Proficiency:
o Proficient in AutoCAD
o Experience with Microsoft & Photoshop
Skills:
-Strong design and conceptual skills with a focus on spatial planning and aesthetics.

-Solid understanding of building materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
- Knowledge of building codes, ADA standards, and industry regulations.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.

-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
