Key Responsibilities:
Attend customer vehicles for regular service and repairs
Understand customer complaints and explain service requirements clearly
Perform vehicle inspection, maintenance, and basic repairs
Coordinate between customer and workshop team
Prepare job cards and update service records
Ensure quality work and timely delivery of vehicles
Follow safety and Tata Motors service standards
Support customer satisfaction and after-service follow-ups
Requirements:
ITI / Diploma preferred
Basic knowledge of car servicing and automobile systems
Good communication and customer handling skills
Willing to learn Tata Motors service processes
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
