We are hiring detail-oriented Growth & Attribution Analysts to join our team and help clients make data-driven decisions by ensuring every marketing dollar can be accurately connected to measurable business outcomes.
As a Growth & Attribution Analyst, you will be responsible for building, validating, and maintaining the measurement systems that connect advertising spend to booked revenue. Your primary goal will be to ensure data accuracy, attribution integrity, and reporting reliability across client campaigns and platforms.
You will work closely with Performance Growth Strategists, AI engineers, and client teams to implement tracking solutions, identify data discrepancies, and provide trustworthy insights that drive revenue growth.
- Implement, configure, and validate conversion tracking and attribution systems for client campaigns.
- Manage Conversion API (CAPI), offline conversion tracking, and attribution feedback loops within Redtie.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring systems.
- Monitor key business metrics including cost-per-booked-result, return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and attribution accuracy.
- Identify and resolve tracking issues, broken events, attribution gaps, and data inconsistencies.
- Perform quality assurance on analytics implementations across websites, advertising platforms, and customer journeys.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
- Support Performance Growth Strategists with experiment design, measurement planning, and results analysis.
- Document tracking configurations, measurement frameworks, and reporting methodologies.
- Ensure data integrity and maintain confidence in business reporting and decision-making processes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with data, metrics, and reporting systems.
- Proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, and data analysis techniques.
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or similar web analytics platforms.
- Understanding of digital marketing attribution and performance measurement concepts.
- Familiarity with tracking technologies including pixels, conversion events, UTMs, and attribution models.
- Knowledge of server-side tracking concepts and implementation principles.
- Strong attention to detail and a rigorous approach to data validation.
- Ability to investigate discrepancies and identify root causes of measurement issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A healthy skepticism toward data and a commitment to verifying accuracy.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Experience with BigQuery or other cloud-based data warehouse solutions.
- Knowledge of scripting or automation for data processing and reporting.
- Experience with business intelligence and dashboarding platforms.
- Familiarity with advertising platform reporting and attribution systems.
- Experience working with performance marketing teams or digital agencies.
