Job Purpose:
The Marketing Team is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen BGM Global Solutions’ brand presence, generate qualified leads, support business growth, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Generate and nurture leads through digital and offline marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Business Development teams to support lead conversion.
- Create marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional content.
- Manage email marketing and customer communication campaigns.
- Monitor website performance, SEO, and online visibility.
- Organize promotional activities, events, exhibitions, and corporate campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Maintain consistent company branding across all marketing channels.
- Identify emerging market trends and recommend new marketing initiatives.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, lead generation, or business marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good content-writing and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
- Creative thinking with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, HR, Operations, and Management teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
