We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Operations Manager to establish and manage a coaching institute from the ground up. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in setting up educational centers, managing end-to-end operations, driving admissions, building teams, implementing processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the institute.
The candidate will be responsible for transforming the institute from the planning stage into a fully operational and scalable educational center.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstitute Setup & Infrastructure
- Lead the complete setup of the coaching institute from inception.
- Coordinate classroom setup, furniture procurement, branding, technology, and infrastructure requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and operational standards.
- Establish operational policies, SOPs, and administrative processes.
Academic Operations
- Coordinate with faculty and academic teams for smooth class execution.
- Design and implement class schedules, batch management, and examination processes.
- Monitor academic delivery and student performance tracking systems.
- Ensure timely availability of study materials and academic resources.
Admissions & Business Growth
- Develop and implement admission strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
- Manage admission counselors and front-office operations.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and educational partners.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional activities to increase admissions.
Team Building & Management
- Recruit and manage faculty, counselors, administrative staff, and support teams.
- Define KPIs and performance metrics for all operational teams.
- Conduct regular reviews, training, and team development initiatives.
Student & Parent Management
- Ensure high levels of student and parent satisfaction.
- Address grievances and operational concerns effectively.
- Develop systems for student engagement, attendance, and performance monitoring.
Financial & Administrative Management
- Prepare operational budgets and monitor expenses.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities.
- Ensure efficient fee collection processes and financial reporting.
- Maintain records, documentation, and MIS reports.
Process Development
- Create scalable operational frameworks for future expansion.
- Implement technology tools for attendance, admissions, fee management, and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in setting up or managing coaching institutes, schools, colleges, or educational centers.
- Strong knowledge of admissions, academic operations, and institute management.
- Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strong planning, execution, and problem-solving skills.
- Financial and administrative management experience.
- Ability to work independently and build systems from scratch.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in coaching institutes preparing students for competitive exams (JEE, NEET, UPSC, Banking, SSC, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are specifically looking for a professional who has previously played a key role in launching, scaling, or managing a coaching institute and can independently build systems, teams, and processes from zero to full-scale operations.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
