We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to manage recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and day-to-day administrative activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, maintaining employee documentation, coordinating with vendors, managing office supplies, and supporting employee engagement initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Manage office administration and vendor coordination.
- Maintain employee files and HR databases.
- Organize training programs and employee events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Handle employee queries and support HR operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of HR and administrative processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with relevant skills may also apply).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
