Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right career path in Animation, VFX, Gaming, and Digital Media courses. The candidate will be responsible for student counselling, lead conversion, admissions, and achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and parents about career opportunities in Animation, VFX, Gaming, and Multimedia.
Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, online leads, and follow-ups.
Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
Provide post-admission support and ensure student satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in education counselling or sales (preferably in the education/training sector).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Passion for the education and creative media industry.
