Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and well-organized Receptionist cum Counsellor to join our team in Purulia, West Bengal. The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, attending calls and walk-in enquiries, counselling prospective students/customers, and ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and greet visitors professionally.
- Attend incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
- Provide complete information about courses, services, and programs.
- Counsel prospective students/customers and guide them through the admission or registration process.
- Follow up with leads and enquiries through calls and messages.
- Maintain enquiry, admission, and visitor records.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules.
- Handle basic administrative and documentation work.
- Maintain daily reports and update records accurately.
- Coordinate with the Center Manager and other team members.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and professional.
- Support admission and business targets as required.
Requirements
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates may apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, Bengali, and Hindi is preferred.
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email.
- Ability to handle calls, enquiries, and follow-ups confidently.
- Previous experience in reception, front office, counselling, customer service, or admissions is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
