Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Sales Representative to join our team for a Dubai-based sales process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to engage with international clients professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers and generate sales opportunities through calls and other communication channels.
- Present products/services effectively to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Neutral or international accent preferred.
- Prior experience in International Sales, Tele Sales, or Customer Service is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Graduate candidates preferred.
