Minimum 0 - 5 Years Experience.
· Required good communication skills, should be able to converse in English, Hindi, Tamil / Telugu. (Multilingual will be preferred)
· Fluent conversation skills in Hindi & English Is must.
· Passion to work in the Fintech space.
· Professional in Tele sales and customer service skills
· Must have Tele sales experience especially in Banking products
· Highly self-motivated towards sales
· The patience and skill to interact with customers in speech communication.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Willingness to work in shift system in 9AM to 9PM window.
· Need to answer customer’s queries through voice services, inbound / outbound.
· Address the customer mails to provide appropriate resolution on time.
· Maintain documentation of customer inquiries and responses for future reference
Flexible to work in Rotational Shifts (Day Rotational Shift) must be available to work on holidays and weekends
