Sap S4 Hana Functional Consultant - Job description.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with users to understand their business processes and requirements
- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed functional specification
- Solution Design: Design and configure SAP S4 Hana solutions based on user requirements.
- Develop and document functional specifications for customizations and enhancements
- Implementation: Lead and execute SAP S4 Hana implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment.
- Lead the migration journey from SAP B1 to SAP S4 Hana
- Configure modules, workflows, reports and system settings to meet business needs
- Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP S4 solutions
- Work with business users to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Training: Provide training to end-users and key stakeholders on SAP B1 functionality and usage
- Create training materials and documentation to support user education
- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support to business for SAP S4 Hana systems, addressing issues and implementing updates as needed
- Collaborate with technical teams for bug fixes and system enhancements
- Customization and Enhancement: Work with developers and technical teams to implement customizations and enhancements
- Ensure that any changes align with best practices and do not compromise system stability
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design documents, configuration details, and change management records
- Integration: 3rd party application integration for CRM / Salesforce / HRMS, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in development as well as consulting both is required.
- Individual must have done implementation, migration as well as service request, undergone review process of implementation.
- Experience at client side / corporate is desirable.
- This is a middle level role, reporting to Director - IT.
