Client Relationship Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a Client Relationship Executive to act as the primary point of contact between our digital marketing agency and our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client requirements, ensuring smooth communication, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and maintain regular communication.
- Understand client goals, requirements, and expectations for digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content, and Design) to ensure timely execution of client projects.
- Provide clients with regular updates, reports, and progress reviews.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Build long-term relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct review meetings and strategy discussions with clients.
- Identify opportunities for service upgrades and additional marketing solutions.
- Ensure client retention and renewals by delivering excellent service.
- Maintain records of client communications and project updates.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, etc.).
- Experience in client servicing, account management, customer success, or relationship management is preferred.
