* Prepare and manage Lorry Receipts (LR) accurately.
* Handle transport documentation and maintain records.
* Coordinate with drivers, customers, and branch offices.
* Visit client companies for document collection, delivery, and coordination.
* Follow up on consignments and shipment status.
* Prepare invoices and other transport-related documents.
* Maintain data in Excel and other office software.
* Perform general office administration and filing work.
Requirements:
* Must have experience in preparing Lorry Receipts (LR).
* Knowledge of transport operations and documentation.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
* Willingness to visit client companies when required.
* Ability to work efficiently and responsibly.
