Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide end-to-end technical support for hardware, software, network, and IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, operating systems, antivirus solutions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of computers, printers, scanners, and network devices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, application software, antivirus, drivers, and security patches.
- Resolve hardware, software, operating system, and virus-related issues.
- Install and configure printers and scanners on user machines.
- Provide technical support to end users and resolve daily IT incidents.
- Manage server/client OS updates, security patches, and antivirus updates.
- Maintain biometric attendance systems.
- Implement and maintain Information Security (InfoSec) policies.
- Conduct periodic preventive maintenance of IT assets.
- Maintain IT inventory and ensure system availability.

Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass from a recognized board.
- Government-certified course in Computer Hardware Maintenance.
- CCNA Certification from an authorized institute.
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in IT Support/Infrastructure Management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
