Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee the daily production activities of our graphite manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing shop floor operations, supervising workers, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production activities in the graphite manufacturing plant.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of daily targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage factory workers to maximise productivity.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
- Monitor machine operations and coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of graphite raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and inventory data.
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure proper use of PPE.
- Minimise material wastage and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager and Quality team to resolve production-related issues.
- Train new workers on factory processes, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained across the production area.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of shop floor employees.
- Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
