Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for hardware and electrical products.
- Supervise and lead sales, billing, store, and warehouse staff.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, and reorder requirements.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
- Maintain excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Develop relationships with contractors, builders, electricians, and suppliers.
- Coordinate with Head Office regarding sales, stock, accounts, and administration.
- Analyze branch performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Control branch expenses and improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain branch discipline, cleanliness, and professional work culture.
- Handle vendor coordination, purchase requirements, and delivery schedules.
Added Advantage:
- Any Degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in Hardware, Electrical, Building Materials, or Retail Sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and customer handling
- Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in Tally/MS Excel
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
