Job Summary
We are looking for a Billing Executive to manage billing operations, team coordination, order processing, and dispatch activities for traditional gift products. The candidate should have experience in handling bulk orders, coordinating with packing teams, and ensuring smooth warehouse billing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate invoices, quotations, delivery challans, and billing reports
- Handle billing for gift items, return gifts, festive hampers, and bulk orders
- Coordinate with warehouse, packing, and dispatch teams for order processing
- Manage and guide billing/packing support staff during daily operations
- Verify product quantity, pricing, and dispatch details before billing
- Track order status and ensure timely dispatch to customers
- Maintain billing records, stock movement details, and daily reports
- Coordinate with sales and accounts teams regarding customer orders and payments
- Handle customer billing queries and corrections if required
- Ensure proper documentation and accuracy in all billing activities
Required Skills
- Experience in retail or warehouse billing operations
- Team handling and coordination skills
- Knowledge of billing software, Excel, Zoho, or ERP systems
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage bulk orders and multitask efficiently
- Attention to detail and accuracy in billing
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
