Job Summary
ISIEINDIA is looking for a proactive and energetic Field Coordinator to strengthen our outreach and institutional engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing partnerships with ITIs, Polytechnics, Engineering Colleges, coordinating field activities, and creating opportunities for student mobilization. This role requires extensive field travel, relationship building, and close coordination with the Mobilization team to ensure successful program implementation.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute effective mobilization strategies to achieve student enrollment targets.
● Conduct outreach activities, career awareness sessions, seminars, and counseling programs to promote ISIEINDIA's training and skill development initiatives.
● Coordinate with institutional authorities to organize student interaction sessions and enrollment drives.
● Guide students throughout the registration and enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience.
● Maintain accurate records of student data, registrations, follow-ups, and daily mobilization reports.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding of enrolled students into training programs.
● Ensure achievement of monthly mobilization and enrollment targets while maintaining high-quality engagement with students and institutions.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
● Previous experience (1-3 years) in student mobilization, enrollment management, or a similar role is preferred.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
● Strong organizational and project management skills.
● Leadership and team management abilities.
● Ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
