Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off)

Job Summary:
Intelligent Medical Billing Solutions is hiring enthusiastic and communication-focused Process Associates – Voice Process for our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.
We are looking for candidates with 0–2 years of experience in RCM / US Healthcare, who possess good communication skills and are comfortable working in a voice process environment involving payer/provider communication and follow-up tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound/inbound calls related to US Healthcare RCM processes
- Communicate with insurance payers, provider offices, and relevant stakeholders
- Follow up on claim status, denials, pending claims, and payment updates
- Document call outcomes accurately in the system
- Escalate unresolved issues to seniors or team leaders when required
- Maintain productivity, quality, and TAT benchmarks
- Work closely with internal teams to support claim resolution
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0–2 years of experience in US Healthcare / RCM / Medical Billing
- Experience in Voice Process will be preferred
- Good verbal communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of healthcare insurance / claims process is an added advantage
- Comfortable working in US shift
- Immediate joiners will be preferred

- Confidence in handling voice-based interactions
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to learn quickly and follow process guidelines
- Good documentation and follow-up skills
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered (if trainable)
- Candidates with exposure to AR calling / claim follow-up / denial follow-up will have an added advantage
- Strong willingness to build a long-term career in RCM
