Front Office Staff – Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and greet them politely
- Handle guest check-in and check-out
- Manage room bookings and reservations
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Provide information about hotel services
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Maintain guest records and front desk registers
- Prepare bills and handle payments
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of front desk
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior
- Follow hotel policies and procedures
Skills Required
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Friendly and polite attitude
- Ability to handle guests professionally
- Willingness to work in shifts
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
