Key Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging visuals for digital and print media, including websites, social media, marketing collateral, brochures, and branding materials.
- Asset Management: Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to final production, meeting tight deadlines.
- Conceptualization: Develop rough drafts, mockups, and prototypes for review by stakeholders.

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing, interviewing, hiring candidates, and managing the onboarding process.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Processing payroll, managing health insurance, and administering employee benefits.
- Employee Relations & Safety: Mediating disputes, addressing grievances, counseling employees, and overseeing workplace safety.
- Performance & Training: Managing performance evaluations, salary negotiations, and implementing training/development programs.
- Compliance & Record Keeping: Updating company policies to meet legal requirements and maintaining accurate personnel records.
