We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resources operations in our hospital. This role is responsible for full-cycle healthcare talent acquisition (doctors, nursing staff, clinical, and administrative teams), shift/duty roster alignment, healthcare statutory compliance, employee relations, and NABH/JCI accreditation audit documentation.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for medical staff (Resident Doctors, Consultants), nursing personnel, paramedical staff, and administrative teams.
Coordinate credentialing, background verification, medical council registration checks, and license verification during hiring.
Conduct structured hospital orientation and onboarding programs for clinical and non-clinical new hires.
Maintain comprehensive employee records, doctor agreements, nurse registration details, and personnel files in the HRMS database.
Coordinate with Nursing Management and Department Heads for duty roster management, shift allocations, attendance tracking, and leave administration.
Process monthly payroll inputs (biometric attendance, overtime, night-shift allowances, and doctor payout variables).
Ensure strict adherence to healthcare labor laws, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Gratuity, Maternity Benefits).
Lead HR documentation, credentialing files, and staff training records required for NABH / JCI accreditation audits.
Ensure mandatory health check-ups and immunization schedules (e.g., Hepatitis B, Tetanus) for clinical staff are completed and documented.
Serve as a key point of contact to resolve staff grievances, shift-related issues, and inter-departmental concerns.
Coordinate annual/semi-annual performance appraisal processes across clinical and operational departments.
Facilitate employee engagement drives, nurse appreciation initiatives, and soft-skills/patient-handling training sessions.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR (MBA / MHA / MSW / PGDM in HR).
Experience: 3–6 years of HR operational experience, with at least 2+ years specifically in a hospital or healthcare setup.
Domain Knowledge:
Strong understanding of hospital staffing structures (OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, Emergency).
Familiarity with NABH HR standards, labor laws, and medical council verification rules.
