Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible, hygienic, and experienced Cook to prepare fresh, nutritious, and hygienic meals for doctors and staff at Amaanat IVF & Fertility Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner as required.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
- Prepare fresh and healthy food according to staff requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, cooking area, and storage areas.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
- Check the quality and freshness of vegetables, groceries, and other ingredients.
- Maintain basic kitchen inventory and inform management when supplies are running low.
- Follow proper food-safety and hygiene practices.
- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
- Support other kitchen-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cook is preferred.
- Knowledge of Indian/home-style cooking.
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to manage kitchen work independently.
- Punctual, reliable, and well-mannered.
- Ability to prepare meals according to the daily schedule.
Working Hours: As per centre requirements.
Salary: As per experience and skills.
Preference: Candidates from Ambala and nearby areas will be preferred.
Pay: ₹8,639.50 - ₹30,131.07 per month
