We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Panel Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge of solar energy systems and be comfortable working at heights and outdoor locations. Key Responsibilities Install solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, and related electrical components. Conduct site surveys and assess installation requirements. Perform routine maintenance and inspections of solar PV systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults and performance issues. Repair or replace damaged solar panels, wiring, and equipment. Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and company guidelines. Test and commission solar systems after installation. Maintain service reports and installation records. Coordinate with customers and project teams during installations and maintenance visits. Requirements Experience - 3-4 yr ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field. Experience in solar panel installation and maintenance preferred. Basic understanding of electrical wiring, inverters, and solar PV systems. Ability to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams. Willingness to travel to project sites. Ability to work safely at heights and in outdoor environments. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹1,417,076.57 per month
