Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support in administrative, operational, and field-related activities. The role requires a proactive individual who can handle computer work, communication, coordination, and outside visits as required. The ideal candidate should be flexible, hardworking, and ready to assist with a wide variety of tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage emails, documents, reports, and other computer-based tasks efficiently.
- Communication: Make and receive calls professionally, coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Scheduling G Coordination: Organize meetings, appointments, travel plans, and daily schedules.
- Field Visits: Visit customers, suppliers, government offices, banks, and other locations as required.
- Task Management: Assist in handling personal and business-related assignments and ensure timely completion.
- Creative Project Coordination: Work on and coordinate with teams on new creative tasks and projects across electronics, electrical, civil, commercial, fashion, and related domains.
- Documentation: Maintain records, prepare reports, and keep important information organized.
- Follow-ups: Track pending tasks, payments, approvals, and communications to ensure smooth execution.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
