Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to expand our franchise network and drive business growth through partner development. The role involves franchise acquisition, revenue generation, relationship management, and ensuring smooth operational support for partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new franchise partners.
- Drive sales, revenue, and business growth through franchise channels.
- Conduct franchise sales meetings and presentations.
- Support partners in client acquisition and product cross-selling.
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing business support.
- Coordinate operational activities and resolve partner concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with franchisees.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in BFSI, Broking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
- Good understanding of Equity Markets, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Investment Products.
- Strong sales, business development, and partner management skills.
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and the local language.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in channel sales or franchise development.
- NISM certification will be an added advantage.
