1. Certified in SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)
2. 5 to 7years of experience in SuccessFactors with at least five End-End-To Implementations in LMS
3. Experience in Integration with BizX, HRIS Sync and Icontent and Proxy Configuration
4. Hands on experience in LMS Reporting BIRT/PRD
