We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns who are eager to learn about e-commerce, online marketplaces, and digital business. This internship offers hands-on experience with real projects and an opportunity to build a strong foundation in e-commerce operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
● Create and update product listings across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.).
● Maintain and organise product catalogue information.
● Assist with order processing and inventory updates.
● Prepare basic reports using Microsoft Excel.
● Support website and marketplace operations.
● Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to improve productivity and content.
● Work with different teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Eligibility
● Final-year students or recent graduates (BBA, B.Com, Marketing, Management, or related fields).
● Freshers are encouraged to apply.
● Prior internship or experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
● Good written and verbal communication skills.
● Basic to Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters).
● Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
● Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho.
● Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
● Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
