Job Summary
Sepadu Tech Private Limited is seeking a motivated Civil & Structural Engineer with 2–5 years of experience. The role involves structural design, analysis, and coordination to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant project delivery in line with applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and analyze RCC and steel structures such as pipe racks, equipment foundations, and industrial structures.
- Perform structural analysis using ETABS, STAAD Pro.
- Prepare design calculations, technical specifications, and detailed drawings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes (American/ Euro code) and applicable standards.
- Analysis using various codes (ex. ASCE, IBC, SBI etc.)
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, piping, chemical etc.).
- Review vendor drawings and contractor submissions.
- Assist in quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation.
- Support project execution within timelines and budget constraints.
- Identify and resolve design and construction-related issues.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in structural design and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of IS Codes (IS 456, IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, etc.).
- Proficiency in structural software (STAAD Pro / ETABS/SAACS).
- Experience in foundation design and steel structures.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to international codes (ACI, ASCE, BS, Eurocodes, American code).
- Knowledge of various loading conditions (wind, seismic, etc.).
- Familiarity with BIM/Revit is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
